About Caribou Hunts

Without a doubt our Mountain Caribou hunt is among the best in... anywhere! They can be hunted as Single Species or We can add them onto most of our hunts if quota is available. Bulls harvested during the rut average between 360-390 honest B&C points with a multiple bulls exceeding 400 mark each year. Most of our bulls have beautiful white manes, with white markings often running all the way back to the hip. The success rate on our Caribou hunts is usually 100% and even as an add on to a moose hunt most hunters take both animals. Caribou are hunted by horseback or Argo/Backpacking; we typically ride to several vantage points each day until we find a bull that you like. In the meantime, we will see lots of these amazing animals which will often come within 30 yards of our horses, making for some great photo opportunities. We feel that with the hunter who will "Do What It Takes" to bring home once-in-a-lifetime animal, something special can be realized. Please inquire early as we only take a few hunters per year on this amazing trip.

The very limited “Special Late Hunt” is a wintery trip, but with the rutting grounds of migrating herds located within the area it’s a hunt to remember!
